WhiteFrontier contributes to the craft beer market in Switzerland, but also beyond its borders. Since 2016, the brewery has launched more than 100 different beers, a product range that is permanently being renewed.

We are currently looking for an experience

packaging lead

to join our team in Martigny, Switzerland. This role requires someone who will take full ownership of all packaging and warehousing related activities. This will include running our brand new Codi canning line and automatic Framax keg washer and filler as well as supervising other staff members in the running and upkeep of equipment. The packaging manager will conduct all activities in strict adherence to internal and external regulations related to quality and compliance standards. The role will require effective and professional communication across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and technical prowess.

Key deliverables:

  • work closely with Head Brewer and head of sales to ensure the steady and predictable delivery of small and large pack product according to weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly schedules and forecasts
  • comprehensive maintenance of all packaging machinery and related equipment. Communication with suppliers regarding preventative maintenance and optimization of procedures
  • communication with the Head Brewer in an effort to continuously meet, exceed and improve the quality of packaged product KPI’s such as Co2 volumes, TPO values and packaging efficiencies
  • Diligent record keeping and communication of packaging runs, volumes, stock etc.
  • supervision of packaging team members, including safety and quality training.
  • Maintenance of a clean, tidy and safe packaging and warehousing areas.

Who are you?

  • 3+ years of packaging experience, specifically on a canning line. Experience on a Codi machine is a pre
  • demonstrable communication and leadership skills
  • a technical background, preferably within brewing or packaging technology.
  • an adaptable, agile problem solver
  • Forklift license is a pre
  • French language skills are desirable, but not essential

We are looking to fill this roll on a full-time, permanent basis. The salary is commensurate on experience based on a 42 hour working week.

Maître-brasseur (H/F) – Responsable de production

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un maître brasseur (H/F) pour notre jeune brasserie dans le Jura Suisse. La brasserie se trouve en ville de La Chaux-de-Fonds et brasse de la bière pour la restauration régionale et pour l’événementiel.

Votre mission :

  • Organisation et participation à toutes les opérations de la production
  • Contrôle de qualité
  • Entretien du matériel de la brasserie et contribution au nettoyage et à l’entretien des installations de soutirage auprès des clients
  • Contribution à la préparation des commandes et réception du vide
  • Connaissance en mécanique simple
  • Participation au nettoyage des installations pour bière pression de la clientèle

Votre profil

Diplômé d’une école de brasserie ou alimentaire, vous avez une expérience de plusieurs années comme maître-brasseur. Vous êtes un passionné de bière et aimeriez contribuer au développement d’une toute jeune brasserie.
